On Thursday, November 12th, 2009, we took another industry-leading step forward by enhancing our ability to provide exceptional service to our customers and prospective customers via the Internet. In partnership with Insurance WebSite Builder® we essentially revised our entire domain at http://www.iruhl.com from the ground up. Using some pre-built tools made this job slightly easier, but early interaction with our customers lead us to make several significant changes to the standard features initially provided by our hosting company.
Using Adobe®'s Web Premium Creative Suite, the project began with redesigning the Site Header Images and building our own "Personalized Graphic-Based Header". Next, the content pages were placed and linked throughout the site. Following this step was building the user-friendly "Navigation Menu" found on the right side of every page.
Insurance WebSite Builder® provided us with the basic building blocks for our feature-rich site, but many of the pages, forms and other elements needed a touch-up to tailor them to the unique ways we interact with our customers and the specialized services that we provide to them. We will continue to work on enhancing our Web Site's features and more changes are already in progress. We welcome your comments and suggestions on ways we can further improve our site.
